Could a serviceable and flexible community facility, geared for countywide use be located there with some expansion potential?

In everything there has to be a starting point and I submit this as an option for a Multi-Use Arena.

Introduction

Welcome to this blog about discussing and sharing ideas about a Multi-use community center for the community of Clatsop County and neighboring local communities.

My goal is for this blog to be a place where we can discuss ideas and share conceptual plans (both in terms of conceptual ideas of how such a building structure / site may look like and concepts of how this project can be financed.

At this moment in time, I'll be setting up multiple "authors" to this blog which they can prepare and post ideas. Comments can and will be available for anyone but a limited amount will have ability to post new "articles" for managability.
